Mr. Grosse, nice selection of stories! Really interesting. But I personally prefer 'The Death Car' it's really really spooky. And really really nice. I like the thrill.

I agree with Rachelle, the death car was my absolute favourite. The clozes were slightly trying. I guess the real problem with computer generated clozes are that they only accept one, and only one answer. even synonyms are not allowed. I feel that the second cloze was easier(the basketball one)

I finished both excercises within 4 mins. I absolutely love reading creepy and unexplained murder stories! Death Car is so creepy!

I think that Death Car is really creepy, about the 'thump, thump, thump' on the roof. I mean, it's like... George was only going to knock three times, so it was kind of scary for Marie... And to see her husband hanging on a tree with the feet hitting the roof is too much. So the homicidal muderer killed him; it was his seventh murder already.
But I think it was kind of George's fault. He was more worried about the car than the murderer!

i think for most of us, the death car compre was better than the burglar one. of course, the burglar one was slightly funny, but the death car one was creepy. the settings were just right-at night, on a deserted (maybe) road, car broke down, took a long time, blah blah.
and yeah, the clozes were a little..umm...inflexible? though you only refer to someone as inflexible and not something, i find maybe that's the word to use for it. i mean, wombats eat [lants. that makes them herbivorous. the answer? VEGETARIAN. jeez.
